Why Use the Wizard Instead of Configuring Manually?
The Yaxii Smart Form Setup Wizard walks you through the 5 most critical configuration decisions in under 10 minutes. Instead of navigating an unfamiliar dashboard and risking missing a key setting, you can have a fully working COD checkout form live on your product pages from your very first session.
The 5 Wizard Steps
- 1Step 1 — Choose Your Form LanguageSelect the primary language displayed to your customers on the order form. You can choose Arabic, French, or English. Yaxii Smart Form also supports automatic language detection based on each visitor’s browser settings — ideal if your customer base spans multiple regions.

- 2Step 2 — Set Up Your Order FormDefine the core copy for your form: the title displayed above the fields, the description text below it, and the order button label. These are the first words your customers read on your product pages, so make them count.

- 3Step 3 — Enable Fraud ProtectionYaxii includes a built-in anti-bot security system. The wizard prompts you to activate honeypot protection (which silently traps automated bots) and per-IP order limits to cut down on fake Cash-on-Delivery orders from day one.

- 4Step 4 — Configure Your First Shipping MethodSelect your delivery country (e.g., Algeria) and define your first shipping method (e.g., Home Delivery). Don’t worry about wilaya-by-wilaya rates yet — you can configure those later from the Shipping Manager, and connect your carrier accounts (Yalidine, ZR Express, Ecotrack…) from the Integrations menu.

- 5Step 5 — Enable Abandoned Cart TrackingTurn on incomplete checkout session capture. Whenever a customer fills in part of your order form but doesn’t confirm their purchase, their contact details and product info are automatically saved. Your team can then follow up directly via WhatsApp or phone from the Abandoned Carts dashboard.

Finishing the Wizard
After Step 5, click the Complete Setup button. You will be redirected to the main Yaxii Smart Form dashboard, and your COD order form will immediately be visible on your store’s product pages.
