Managing Delivery Methods
The Problem This Solves
Your store ships in at least two ways — to the customer’s door, or to a pickup office. But you may also want a custom express option, a scheduled slot, or a method unique to your brand. This guide explains which methods exist by default, how to control them, and how to build your own.
The Two Default Methods
Yaxii Smart Form includes two built-in delivery methods that are always present in your store:

| Office Delivery | Customer picks up the order at a designated shipping office | No — system default |
You can enable or disable either method, but they cannot be removed from your account. Both appear with a Default badge in your methods list.
Enabling or Disabling a Method
Go to Yaxii Smart Form > Shipping Manager, open the Methods tab.
Each method card has an active/inactive toggle. Switch it off to hide that delivery option from customers without deleting any pricing data.

Creating a Custom Delivery Method
If your store offers an additional service — express delivery, scheduled slots, or a branded option — you can create it in minutes.
- 1Open the New Method FormIn the Methods tab, click the Add Method button. A configuration panel opens.
- 2Fill In the Method DetailsComplete the following fields:
