Reading Sessions And Filters
The Problem This Solves
Raw session data is only useful if you can quickly find the leads worth acting on. This guide explains every status badge the dashboard assigns to a session, how to filter and search the sessions list, and what you see when you open a single session to inspect it in detail.
The Seven Session Statuses
Every session carries one of these status badges:
| Status | What It Means | Typical Next Action |
|---|---|---|
| Live (animated pulse) | Customer is on the form right now | Monitor — they may convert without intervention |
| Abandoned | Customer left before submitting | Move to the Recovery Pipeline to contact them |
| Contacted | You have reached out to the customer | Follow up — move to Negotiating if they respond |
| Negotiating | Customer is in discussion — you may be offering a discount | Close the deal or send a discount code |
| Recovered | Customer agreed to order after your outreach | Confirm the order is placed |
| Lost | Customer confirmed they are not ordering | Archive — can be retried in a future campaign |
| Converted | Customer submitted the order on their own, without outreach | No action needed |
Filtering the Sessions List
Go to Abandoned Checkout > Sessions. The filter bar above the table offers four standard dropdowns:
- Status — show only sessions in a specific stage
- Device — filter by mobile, tablet, or desktop
- Progress — filter by how far the customer got through the form
- Reason — filter by the detected abandonment reason
Use the search bar on the left to find a specific customer by name or address.

Opening a Session’s Details
Click any row in the sessions table to open the Session Details panel. It contains four tabs:
| Tab | What You Find Inside |
|---|---|
| Overview | Checkout progress bar, session duration, interaction count, confidence score, and device summary |
| Customer Info | Name, phone, email, wilaya, and city — everything you need to make contact |
| Product Details | Product name, unit price, quantity selected, total order value, and chosen variant |
| Event Timeline | A chronological log of every recorded interaction during the session |
The panel header shows the session ID, status badge, time elapsed since the session, the customer’s name, the product they were ordering, and their checkout progress bar at a glance.
