Placing The Form

The Problem This Solves

By default, the Yaxii Smart Form appears automatically on WooCommerce product pages. But if you want the form on a landing page, a bundle page, or any custom content, you need a manual placement method. This guide covers all three ways to put the form exactly where you need it.

Method 1 — Automatic Placement on Product Pages

The form displays automatically on all WooCommerce product pages as soon as the plugin is active. No action is required.

To toggle this global behavior, go to Yaxii Smart Form > Form Settings, open the Behavior tab, and switch the Global Form Enabled option.

Method 2 — Shortcode on Any Page

To display the form outside of a native WooCommerce product page (landing page, blog post, text widget), use the universal shortcode:

    Copy the Shortcode
    Copy the shortcode shown above.

    Paste Into Your Content
    Open the WordPress page or post where you want the form. In the Gutenberg editor, add a Shortcode block (search “Shortcode” in the block library), paste the shortcode inside it, then publish or update the page.

Method 3 — Dedicated Gutenberg Block

If you build pages with the WordPress block editor, a dedicated Yaxii Smart Form block is available directly in the block library.

    Insert the Block
    In the Gutenberg editor, click the + button to add a new block. Search “Yaxii” in the search bar. Click the Yaxii Smart Form block to insert it.

    Configure the Block
    Once inserted, a configuration panel appears in the right sidebar of the editor. Use it to set the target product ID and any other embed-specific options.

    Publish or Update
    Click Publish or Update to save the page with the embedded form.
