Creator Partner Terms

These Creator Partner Terms apply when Yaxii approves you to participate in the Yaxii Creator Program and activates Creator access for your account.

The goal of the program is simple: creators can introduce useful Yaxii products to their audience, receive access to creator resources and tools, and earn commissions from eligible purchases attributed to them.

These Terms work together with the general Yaxii Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any creator offer or campaign details shown in your Creator area or provided directly to you.

1. Joining the Creator Program

Participation in the Creator Program is subject to Yaxii approval.

Submitting a Creator application does not guarantee acceptance. Yaxii may consider factors such as content relevance, audience fit, content quality, communication, previous experience with Yaxii products, and the overall fit of the partnership.

If approved, you may be asked to create or use an existing Yaxii account before your Creator access is activated.

Your participation begins only after Yaxii enrolls your account in the Creator Program and confirms the applicable Creator terms.

2. Your Creator account

Your Creator access is personal to you and is connected to your Yaxii account.

Depending on the current program features, your Creator area may include:

a personal referral link
a dedicated creator coupon
current commission and audience-offer information
commission history
payout history
published-content submissions and review feedback
creator resources and brand materials

You must not sell, transfer, share, or provide access to your Creator account, referral identity, or evaluation licenses to another person without Yaxii’s approval.

3. Referral links and creator coupons

Yaxii may provide you with a personal referral link, creator coupon, or both.

These identifiers are used to attribute eligible purchases to your Creator account.

Your current audience discount, referral window, eligible products, commission rates, and temporary promotional offers are shown in your Creator area or communicated to you directly.

Creator offers may change over time. Temporary launch promotions or campaign-specific discounts may differ from the standard Creator Program offer.

Changes to future program terms do not silently rewrite commissions or payouts that were already validly completed under earlier terms.

4. Eligible commissions

A commission is earned only when an eligible purchase is validly attributed to your Creator account under the terms that applied to that transaction.

Commission eligibility may depend on factors including:

the product purchased
the applicable license or billing type
the referral or creator coupon used
the commercial terms active for your Creator account
successful payment confirmation
the order not being cancelled, fraudulent, self-referred, refunded, or otherwise ineligible

Renewals, free acquisitions, test orders, your own purchases, or other transactions specifically marked as ineligible do not generate Creator commission unless Yaxii expressly states otherwise.

5. Pending and available commissions

Eligible commissions may remain pending for a short review period before becoming available for payout.

The current hold period is shown in your Creator area or communicated as part of your Creator offer.

A pending commission is not yet a completed payout.

Yaxii may place a commission on review when an order, refund, attribution, payment, or other relevant information is unclear or requires verification.

6. Refunds and commission adjustments

If a customer receives a full or partial refund, the related Creator commission may also be reduced or reversed to reflect the eligible purchase amount that remains.

If a refund happens after a Creator payout has already been completed, the completed payout remains part of the historical payout record. The related commission adjustment may instead be offset against future eligible Creator earnings.

Yaxii does not silently delete completed payouts or rewrite historical financial records.

7. Payouts

Creator payouts are currently handled manually.

Your Creator area may show commissions as pending, available, reserved for payout, paid, or adjusted depending on their current status.

A payout is considered completed only after Yaxii has confirmed the external transfer and recorded it as paid.

Yaxii may request reasonable information needed to complete a payout, including the appropriate payment destination or transfer details.

Creator balances in different currencies may be handled separately. Unless Yaxii expressly agrees otherwise, the program does not guarantee automatic currency conversion.

8. Your content

You remain responsible for the content you create and publish.

Yaxii does not require creators to follow a fixed script or present every product positively.

We do ask that material statements about Yaxii products, pricing, features, offers, and availability are reasonably accurate when published.

Where required, you should clearly disclose that you may earn a commission through your Creator link or coupon.

The public Creator Playbook provides practical guidance on creating content with Yaxii and should be read together with these Terms.

9. Sharing published content with Yaxii

Your Creator area may allow you to submit the public URL of Yaxii-related content after you publish it on your own platform.

Submitting a public content URL helps Yaxii follow Creator activity, review product information, provide feedback when useful, and better support the partnership.

Yaxii does not require you to upload the original video or media file through this Creator feature.

If Yaxii identifies a material product-information issue, missing disclosure, or other reasonable concern, we may ask you to review or correct that part of the content.

10. Evaluation and temporary product access

Yaxii may provide selected creators with temporary product access so they can properly test or understand a product before creating content.

Unless Yaxii expressly agrees otherwise, temporary Creator access is:

personal to the approved creator
non-transferable
provided for testing, evaluation, and Creator content purposes
limited to the duration, product, and number of sites communicated by Yaxii

Temporary evaluation access is not the same as purchasing a commercial product license and does not automatically create paid-order rights, permanent downloads, or lifetime access.

11. Brand and product materials

Yaxii may make logos, screenshots, product visuals, demo links, descriptions, or other Creator resources available to you.

You may use approved Yaxii materials in your Creator content for the purpose of promoting or explaining Yaxii products while you participate in the program.

This does not transfer ownership of the Yaxii name, logo, products, software, documentation, designs, or other intellectual property to you.

You must not present yourself as Yaxii staff, an official spokesperson, or someone authorized to make commitments on behalf of Yaxii unless Yaxii has expressly agreed to that role.

12. Keeping the program fair

Creator attribution should represent genuine recommendations and genuine customer activity.

You must not intentionally:

use your own referral link or creator coupon to generate commissions on your own purchases
create, coordinate, or encourage fake purchases for the purpose of generating commission
misrepresent Creator offers, discounts, commission arrangements, or Yaxii product information
manipulate referral attribution in a way that does not represent a genuine Creator recommendation
share, sell, or transfer Creator evaluation licenses or other Creator-only access without approval
publish private customer, order, payment, license, security, or internal Yaxii information

If an unusual situation occurs, Yaxii may temporarily place a Creator profile, coupon, commission, or payout on review while the relevant facts are checked.

13. Pausing or ending a partnership

Either Yaxii or the Creator may decide that a partnership should pause or end.

Yaxii may pause a Creator profile where there is a reasonable concern involving inaccurate product claims, abuse of referral attribution, payment uncertainty, misuse of Creator access, security, or another material program issue.

Pausing or ending a Creator relationship normally prevents new Creator attribution and coupon activity. It does not automatically erase valid historical commissions or completed payouts.

Outstanding legitimate refunds, commission adjustments, payout reviews, or other existing financial obligations may still be completed after a Creator profile is paused.

14. Changes to the Creator Program

Yaxii may improve or change the Creator Program over time, including its features, eligible products, commission structures, audience offers, referral windows, payout processes, and Creator resources.

Material changes affecting future Creator activity will be communicated through the Creator area, these Terms, or direct communication where appropriate.

Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed payouts or validly completed historical transactions.

15. Relationship between Yaxii and the Creator

Participation in the Creator Program does not make you an employee, legal representative, agent, franchisee, or exclusive representative of Yaxii.

You remain responsible for your own content, channels, audience relationships, taxes, business obligations, and compliance requirements that apply to you.

Nothing in the Creator Program prevents you from working with other brands unless you and Yaxii separately agree otherwise in writing.

16. Privacy

Yaxii processes Creator application, account, referral, commission, payout, content-submission, and related partnership information in accordance with the Yaxii Privacy Policy.

Creators must also respect customer privacy and must not publish private customer or Yaxii account information obtained through the partnership.

17. Questions and resolving issues

If something about your Creator account, attribution, commission, payout, product access, or partnership is unclear, contact Yaxii before assuming how it works.

We prefer to solve Creator issues through direct communication and reasonable review first.

18. Applicable Yaxii terms

These Creator Partner Terms supplement the general Yaxii Terms of Service and applicable Yaxii policies.

If there is a conflict between general website terms and a specific Creator commercial arrangement expressly agreed with Yaxii, the more specific agreed Creator term applies to that Creator arrangement to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Creator Partner Terms — Yaxii Dev. The version accepted for your Creator account is recorded when your Creator access is enrolled or updated.
