License

This Software License Policy explains how Yaxii licenses its plugins, themes, add-ons, downloads, updates, and related digital products.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a Yaxii product, you agree to this policy.

1. License grant

When you purchase a Yaxii product, Yaxii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product on the number of websites allowed by your purchased plan.

You do not purchase ownership of the product, source code, brand, design, documentation, license system, update system, or intellectual property.

2. License plans

Yaxii may offer license plans such as:

• Personal: 1 store / website
• Business: 5 stores / websites
• Agency: 10 client sites / websites

Plan names and limits may change depending on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. Same features vs site count

Unless a product page says otherwise, paid plans may include the same product features and differ only by the number of websites allowed.

If some features require a separate add-on or higher product package, this will be stated on the product page, add-on page, or documentation.

4. Agency usage

Agency licenses may be used on client websites that the license holder builds or manages.

The license remains owned by the buyer account, not by the end client, unless Yaxii approves a manual license transfer.

Agencies are responsible for client communication, project delivery, content setup, hosting compatibility, and client training unless Yaxii has separately agreed to provide those services.

5. Activation and deactivation

A license may be activated on websites up to the allowed site count.

Yaxii may allow deactivation and reactivation on another website, subject to abuse prevention and license rules.

Yaxii may restrict excessive activation switching, suspicious patterns, automated activation abuse, cloned sites, cracked environments, or license sharing.

6. Local development and staging

Yaxii may allow activations on local, staging, or testing domains without counting against the production limit when technically supported by the licensing system.

Examples may include local development domains, staging subdomains, or temporary testing environments. Abuse of staging activation to run production stores is prohibited.

7. Annual licenses

An annual license gives access to product usage, updates, downloads, and support during the active annual period.

If an annual license expires:

• the installed product may continue working in its existing version, unless the product requires active validation for specific cloud/security features
• updates may stop
• downloads may stop
• support may stop
• cloud-connected or licensed features may be restricted
• security or compatibility fixes may require renewal

8. Lifetime licenses

A lifetime license gives long-term product access under the terms shown at purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

• lifetime means lifetime use of the purchased product under the purchased site limit
• lifetime does not mean unlimited websites
• lifetime does not mean lifetime custom support
• lifetime does not include every future product, add-on, service, or SaaS feature
• lifetime does not include third-party costs such as SMS, API fees, hosting, payment gateway fees, or external service fees

Support duration for lifetime licenses may be limited, for example to one year, depending on the product page.

9. Add-ons and separate products

Some features may be sold as separate add-ons, including but not limited to:

• Abandoned Checkout Plus
• YSF Shield
• advanced integrations
• advanced templates
• shipping provider packs
• future marketplace products

Buying one Yaxii product does not automatically include all other Yaxii products, add-ons, services, or future releases unless explicitly stated.

10. Updates

Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility improvements, feature improvements, UI changes, or architecture changes.

Yaxii may remove, replace, or modify features when necessary for security, performance, compatibility, legal compliance, or product strategy.

You are responsible for backing up your website before installing or updating a Yaxii product.

11. License validation

Yaxii products may communicate with Yaxii servers for license activation, update checks, download authorization, abuse prevention, feature availability, compatibility checks, and security verification.

Tampering with license validation, update checks, server communication, integrity checks, or licensing logic is prohibited.

12. Restrictions

You must not:

• distribute, resell, lease, sublicense, share, publish, leak, or upload Yaxii products publicly
• sell Yaxii products as your own
• include Yaxii products in templates, bundles, hosting packages, or resale projects without written permission
• remove, hide, bypass, or alter license controls
• reverse engineer or modify the software to disable licensing, updates, or security protections
• use a single-site license across multiple production websites
• use licenses for phishing, fraud, spam, scams, or unlawful activity

13. Client handoff

If an agency installs a Yaxii product on a client website, the agency remains responsible for the license unless the license is transferred.

If the client wants independent access to updates and support, the client should purchase their own license or request a transfer through Yaxii.

14. Nulled and pirated copies

Nulled, cracked, modified, leaked, or unauthorized copies are prohibited.

Yaxii may refuse support, updates, license activation, refunds, and account access for websites using pirated or suspicious copies.

Yaxii may block, blacklist, or investigate license abuse.

15. Termination

Yaxii may terminate or suspend a license if the customer violates this policy, shares licenses, bypasses controls, uploads fake receipts, abuses support, attacks Yaxii infrastructure, or uses the product unlawfully.
