Terms of Service

Welcome to Yaxii ECO. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of yaxii.dev, your Yaxii account, the customer portal, checkout, documentation, downloads, licenses, support, and any digital products sold through the platform.
By creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product, activating a license, or using any Yaxii product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products covered by these Terms
These Terms apply to all Yaxii digital products, including but not limited to:
- Yaxii Smart Form
- Yaxii COD Theme
- YSF Shield
- Abandoned Checkout Plus
- Yaxii add-ons, integrations, themes, plugins, templates, documentation, downloads, and license services
All products are digital software products. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Account requirement
A Yaxii account is required to purchase, download, activate, manage, and update products.
Your account may store:
- purchased products
- license keys
- downloads
- invoices or order records
- support requests
- activation history
- payment and verification status
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share, resell, or transfer your account without written approval from Yaxii.
4. Product information and checkout
Before confirming an order, the product page and checkout show the product name, license type, number of allowed websites, price, billing type, payment method, delivery method, and relevant policies.
You are responsible for verifying your selected product, plan, license count, billing mode, currency, and payment method before confirming the order.
5. Prices and currencies
Prices may be displayed in DZD, USD, or other supported currencies.
Yaxii may use fixed local and international pricing. USD prices are fixed international prices and may differ from DZD prices. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and bank fees may apply depending on the selected payment method and the customer’s location.
6. Payment methods
Supported payment methods may include:
- Eddahabia / CIB through a local electronic payment gateway
- BaridiMob / CCP manual transfer
- Wise manual transfer
- RedotPay manual transfer
- other methods added later
Online gateway payments may activate licenses automatically after successful confirmation. Manual payment methods require proof of payment and manual verification before license delivery.
Yaxii may reject, cancel, or request additional verification for suspicious, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments.
7. License delivery
For successful online payments, licenses are usually generated automatically and delivered through the customer portal and/or email.
For manual payments, the license is generated only after Yaxii verifies the receipt and confirms the payment.
Yaxii is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references, missing receipt uploads, bank processing delays, payment provider issues, or incorrect customer email addresses.
8. Software license
Purchasing a Yaxii product gives you a limited software license, not ownership of the software source code or intellectual property.
Your rights and restrictions are described in the Software License Policy.
9. Updates and support
Products may include updates and support according to the purchased license. Support is limited to the scope described in the Support & Updates Policy.
Yaxii may release updates, fixes, improvements, compatibility changes, and security patches. You are responsible for maintaining backups before updating a live website.
10. Lifetime licenses
A lifetime license means long-term product access according to the license terms shown at purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, lifetime does not mean lifetime custom support, lifetime custom development, or guaranteed compatibility with every future WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, plugin, payment gateway, or third-party service change.
Lifetime plans may include support for a defined period, such as one year, depending on the product page and Support & Updates Policy.
11. Third-party services
Some features may depend on third-party services, including payment gateways, SMS providers, WhatsApp providers, Firebase, Twilio, Google, Meta, shipping providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and email services.
Yaxii is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, API changes, account restrictions, data policies, delivery failures, or service limitations.
12. No guaranteed business results
Yaxii products are designed to improve WooCommerce workflows, COD checkout experience, conversion handling, shipping operations, security signals, and store management.
Yaxii does not guarantee revenue, sales, conversion rates, ad performance, shipping success, fraud elimination, fake-order elimination, or profitability.
13. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- using compatible WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and hosting environments
- maintaining backups before installing or updating software
- securing your WordPress admin account and hosting account
- configuring products correctly
- complying with applicable laws in your market
- obtaining consent from your own customers where required
- using third-party APIs and payment methods lawfully
- not using Yaxii products for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activities
14. Prohibited behavior
You must not:
- copy, resell, redistribute, leak, or share Yaxii products or license keys
- reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or tamper with licensing, update, or security systems
- use cracked, nulled, modified, or unauthorized copies
- overload, scrape, attack, or abuse Yaxii servers
- use Yaxii products to spam, scam, impersonate, harass, or violate privacy rights
- upload fake payment receipts
- file false chargebacks or disputes after receiving access
- use the products in a way that violates Algerian law or any applicable law
Additional restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use & Anti-Piracy Policy.
15. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund & Setup Guarantee Policy.
Because Yaxii products are downloadable digital software, refunds are not unconditional. Yaxii may refuse refund requests involving piracy, abuse, completed successful setup, refusal to cooperate with support, unsupported environments, buyer’s remorse, or misuse.
16. Account suspension and license termination
Yaxii may suspend or terminate an account, license, download access, updates, or support if the customer violates these Terms, abuses support, uploads false payment proof, shares licenses, uses nulled copies, attacks the platform, or attempts to bypass license controls.
Termination does not remove obligations to pay outstanding amounts or prevent Yaxii from taking legal or technical action against abuse.
17. Changes to products and policies
Yaxii may update products, features, documentation, policies, prices, support scope, and platform behavior over time.
Material policy changes will be published on the website. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yaxii is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost sales, lost ad spend, shipping losses, business interruption, data loss, hosting failures, third-party service failures, or issues caused by other plugins, themes, custom code, caching, hosting, payment gateways, or user configuration.
Yaxii’s total liability for any claim related to a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product during the current license period.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Algeria, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory law.
Before taking formal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through support contact.
