Refund & Setup Guarantee Policy

This policy explains when Yaxii may approve or refuse refunds for digital products such as plugins, themes, add-ons, licenses, and downloads.
1. Summary
Yaxii sells downloadable digital software. Because customers can access, download, install, and use the product shortly after purchase, refunds are not unconditional.
However, Yaxii offers a practical setup guarantee:
If the product cannot work on your store and our support cannot fix it, you get refunded.
2. Setup guarantee period
The setup guarantee is valid for 14 days from the purchase date, unless a product page states a different period.
To qualify, you must contact support within the guarantee period and give Yaxii a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix the issue.
3. Refunds may be approved when
A refund may be approved if:
- the product cannot be installed or activated on a compatible environment
- a critical product feature advertised on the product page does not work on a compatible environment
- Yaxii support cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time
- duplicate payment occurred by mistake
- manual payment was sent but the order cannot be fulfilled
- a license was not delivered and the issue was caused by Yaxii
4. Refunds may be refused when
A refund may be refused if:
- the product was successfully delivered and works as described
- the issue is caused by incompatible hosting, outdated PHP, outdated WordPress, outdated WooCommerce, caching conflicts, security plugins, server restrictions, custom code, or third-party software outside Yaxii control
- the customer refuses to provide access, logs, screenshots, error details, or cooperation needed for support
- the customer bought the wrong product or plan but the product works as described
- the customer changed their mind after download
- the customer expected custom development, setup service, content entry, store design, or business consultation not included in the product
- the customer used or attempted to use cracked, shared, modified, or unauthorized copies
- the customer uploaded fake payment proof
- the customer abused support or violated Yaxii policies
- the issue is caused by third-party API, payment provider, SMS provider, delivery provider, hosting provider, or external service outage
- the refund request is outside the guarantee period
5. Digital product access after refund
If a refund is approved:
- the license may be disabled
- download access may be revoked
- updates and support may stop
- the customer must stop using the product
- the customer must delete any copies from live, staging, local, and client websites
Continued use after refund is unauthorized.
6. Manual payments
Manual payments through BaridiMob, CCP, Wise, RedotPay, or other manual methods require receipt upload and verification.
If manual payment is not verified, the order may remain pending and no license will be generated.
If a manual payment is verified but cannot be linked to the order because of missing or incorrect information, Yaxii may request additional proof.
7. Online gateway payments
For online gateway payments, license delivery is normally automatic after confirmed payment.
If the customer leaves the payment gateway without returning to the website, license delivery may still occur through webhook or server-side confirmation when available.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, contact Yaxii support.
False chargebacks, payment reversals after product access, or disputes filed without contacting support may result in account suspension, license termination, and refusal of future purchases.
9. How to request a refund
Send a request to [Support Email] with:
- order number
- account email
- product name
- website URL
- issue description
- screenshots or logs
- steps already tried
- temporary admin/staging access if needed
Yaxii may ask for additional information to verify the problem.
10. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible.
Processing time depends on the payment method, bank, gateway, or manual transfer channel.
11. No guaranteed results
Refunds are not granted because the customer did not make sales, did not improve conversion rates, did not recover abandoned checkouts, did not reduce fake orders, or did not achieve expected business results.
Yaxii provides software tools, not guaranteed business outcomes.
